Cheyenne, WY
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, with weekends and evenings as needed
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000, with bonus opportunities available.

Our goal is to help Wyoming seniors stay ‘Home Instead’ for as long as possible by providing non-medical services such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care services, incidental transportation, and basically anything else they had previously done for themselves but could now use a helping hand.

We currently have an amazing opportunity available in our office in Cheyenne for an experienced business professional to join our care team as our Personnel Coordinator. This person is responsible for a variety of duties including the following:

  • Train our new employees on all the duties that caregiving involves, including personal care
  • Train our existing team on new skills and caregiving techniques
  • Nurture of caregiving team so that they build their talents
  • Appreciate our caregiving team as they are providing ‘God’s work’ to our clients
  • Address concerns when members of our caregiving team need additional teachings
  • Actively recruiting new caregivers to join our team and begin impacting lives
  • Love and appreciate our caregiving as well as our internal administrative team like no other
  • Manage our online learning platform for all employees and manage each employees progress

The Applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with people both inside and outside of the organization. Customer relations experience and the desire to thrive within a high growth industry is also critical. Moreover, the desire to be a part of a disruptive company looking to change the face of aging here in Wyoming is an absolute must!

This is a Full-Time, salaried position and pay will start between $50k and $60k, with bonus opportunities available. Base pay will be dependent on experience. Please email your resume' and cover letter for consideration.

Additional qualifications include:

  • A winning attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of two years in a staffing and/or recruiting position.
  • Professional experience in the field of customer service.
  • Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.
  • Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since the schedule conflicts bound to arise that will require creative solutions.
